Proel DB2-A   2 Channel DI Box, including manuals, don't have the box anymore.  I've never had the power adaptor for it as it runs off phantom power - it can run off batteries.  Each channel has a 20db + 30db pad,
Very good unit, very solid build.  There's not much to say about DI boxes, they do what they do and this one does it well :D  Retails for around R1200.
